"The unit itself was very nice. Clean and well stocked for needs. Was advertised as a three bedroom but only two of them were accessible. Not sure why one bedroom was locked. Overall a nice place but one issue was the people upstairs must have had company and were extremely loud. A couple mornings there was a lot of stomping around at 6am. So the sound proofing between upstairs and downstairs isn’t great. Even so, I would still consider staying here again. Host was very quick in responding to...

"The property was isolated, no sidewalks, and there was a terrible smell in the whole place which the host tried to cover up with very strong air freshner which made it even worse. The fire alarm was beeping loudly every 30 seconds. When we contacted the host about the issues they told us they disabled the fire alarm. We decided not to stay there because of the strong smell and fire alarm being disabled, and host refused to refund us money. Would NOT recommend this property."

"We enjoyed our time at the cozy cabin! There were so many touches of hospitality, and the decor was very sweet. The beds were comfy, and it was so nice to have a hot tub and a fire area to enjoy, as well as some fun toys and activities for the kids to do around the yard. We were so close to drive to Grand Beach and could walk down to the local lake access as well to spend time by the water. Thank you for a great getaway!"

"The cabin was super cute and super quiet. The stove and the windows could have been cleaner and there was no sugar for the tea, also some dust and dead bugs around, but the location was wonderful, the beds were comfy and they had extra blankets which were great when the weather cooled. The rainfall shower head is awesome, and best of all there was an air conditioning unit which was wonderful to arrive to. The weather started out really warm and the A/C made a huge difference! Our first time staying in this area and we will be back!!"

"The beach was great. The lake was really warm. The kids enjoyed jumping off the dock and catching baby bullheads off the shore. The hot tub is nice, we really enjoyed it. Lovely cabin. AC in every room, upstairs master bedroom has a lovely ensuite. My fav cabin so far!"

"A clean place. Calm atmosphere. The host was cooperative and responded to questions in timely manner. We had an issue with the washer which was not working. And the grill was disconnected, but the host took time to drive from Winnipeg to Grand Marais just to fix it."

"We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our time beachfront. It was perfect for paddle boarding. The cabin was very spacious with comfortable beds and options for extra beds in the living room. Enjoyed the kitchen, full fridge, extra freezer, and bbqing in the shade on the deck. Lots of dining options, indoors with doors or screens and outside with lots of space on the deck. Plenty of lounge and eating chairs were amazing. Also plenty of hot water . The host Adminder was very prompt, professional, and catered to our needs.. We would stay again "
