"This was a trip back in time where we felt like we were staying in my grandparents farm house. Beautiful oak stairs, entry ways, etc. updated roomy kitchen with everything we needed. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. Bathrooms were updated, beautiful and everything worked great for being a old home. They updated everything wonderfully without compromising the old home feel. We LOVED staying there and spending time with family while being in iowa for my Mother’s funeral. We recommend it highly and are sad that it is not available for us next year for the family reunion! Highly Recommended !!! "

"We enjoyed this stay immensely! What a beautiful home, location, and parking! It had a BBQ and we enjoyed a nice dinner outside. The home was that old farm feeling with all the oak wood and feeling of comfort and family gathering spots. I was so thankful for the ability to be able to book at the last minute. This was such a blessing as the previous rental did not work out. The window unit ac’s were sufficient and comfortable at night and during the day. We cooked and baked and the temp was comfortable in just a short minute. I would recommend this to any family to be together. Bathrooms were recently updated and we never ran out of it water. We sat on the front porch in the morning with coffee and in the evening with a beverage watching the kids play in the front lawn. Coming for my mother’s funeral service and burial in her home town of Hanover made this stay so welcoming and comfortable. Thank you for being such great hosts and patient with my inability to work the code for the door upon arrival. However, I mastered the technique quickly! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Worth every penny!"
