"La casa no tiene aire acondicionado y a pesar de los ventiladores facilitados para cada habitación hacía calor. Los muebles de la cocina estaban rotos, con armarios desencajados, que para abrir uno tenías que abrir los otros porque se encajaban entre ellos. El mobiliario de la piscina estaba roto, sobre todo los sillones del exterior y alguna silla. La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia, encontramos varios objetos de anteriores inquilinos que estaban a la vista, lo que lleva a pensar que apenas...

"La casa es muy bonita y está muy bien equipada. La comunicación con el propietario excelente. No entendimos muy bien el anuncio y descubrimos una casa con 4 casas dentro…que no fué un problema en absoluto pero si que está llena de escaleras y eso era un peligro añadido para los niños con el que no contábamos pero no era de gravedad. Si tenemos que poner algún pero diría que entre las casa se oía todo. Si vais en grupo no hay problema pero quizás con extraños es un poco más incómodo.

"El estaso de la casa es lamentable, es muy vieja y los muebles estan viejos y sucios , las fotografias de la casa no tienen nada que ver con la realidad , la verdad es que hemos quedado muy descontentos. Lo unico jueno es que la calefacion una vez solucionado el problema funciono perfectamente y la localizacion es estupenda. "

"Overall we had a rough experience here and due to that I will no longer be using VRBO. It was hard to communicate with the host, the place wasn't as advertised (it only slept 16 when the ad said 20), and the place was dirty, we had to clean the pool, outdoor area, kitchen, and there was garbage sitting in bags in the front. We expressed our concerns about to the host and she said if we didn't like it we could cancel. Rough experience and the host dropped in unannounced our first morning. Overall...

"Clearly a 4-star hotel with nice, contemporary decoration (not spartan). Generous room and super ample bathroom.
Very convenient location for airport in a newer neighborhood where you can walk around, get to the subway easily and even buy some last minute things at a Dia supermarket right behind it.
What I liked best was the attention of the personnel in reception: at 10 pm they still remembered details of the conversation we had at 3 pm when I checked in.They were superhelpful!!
Hotel also has a nice restaurant with a "menu del día" which is slightly expensive but worthwhile: good cooking, good materials, not rushed. Only element I would change were the waiters there: they did not care when customers arrived and they took their sweet long time to engage with customers (not me, but in general... several tables). Some of them did have an attitude and did not appear to care at all: that is a big diservice to the personnel in the kitchen and the customers...in addition to the hotel, where they are fantastic in reception."

"Breakfast was wonderful. We had dinner there and it was very good as well. The appartment was comfortable and clean. We had a frustrating commmunication issue because we called ahead to see if we could store our bags there ahead of our stay and we were told we could, but when we showed up with the bags, they wouldn't take them. It was disappointing to have to scramble to find another place to store our luggage on short notice."
