"The best part about staying here was the well equipped kitchenette. It was very helpful to be able to cook and store food while staying in Zurich. There are pans, crockery and cutlery in the room. The room was a small studio and there is some large furniture which made it a bit cramped for two people. "Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the bathroom was large, we had a balcony with a table, and the living area was spacious. We also liked the kitchenette because we could save money by buying food at the grocery store and preparing it in the room. However, we did not like the lack of communication with the staff. "We were very pleased with our stay at Ema Apartments. The suit was spacious and very clean. Any time we had a question or needed something , we would email their office and the response was immediate. The location is very close to tram lines that take you all the way to the main railway station and on to the airport. There were super markets close by. I would recommend Ema Apartments to others."

"Only stayed for one night due to late flight. Staff were very friendly.We were picked up from the airport with in minute of calling which was great. Apartment looked good and well equipped. Coffee table was damaged this didn't matter to us but it cheapened the look of a very nice apartment I think it would have been better had it be removed. Apartment was clean and beds were comfy. It was extremely hot when we stayed. We struggled with no Aircon and only one fan so slept with balcony doors...
