About 15 minutes walk to nearest shop or restaurant A good size studio..Pretty complete appliances like fridge, dishwasher, toaster, microwave.. even a nespresso machine... Das Haus ist aufjedenfall geeignet noch eine ganze weitere Familie zu beherbergen.Das Haus ist innen und außen stilvoll renoviert und riesengroß. Die Zimmer haben fast alle ein eigenes Bad und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. 「I hate leaving negative info but for the benefit of future travelers, I have to be honest about a few items with this property: 1. It was absolutely buzzing with flies inside. There was spray and a fly swatter inside which indicates this must be a known issue to the property manager. It made our short stay very uncomfortable. 2. This is not a hot tub, it is a swedish bath. It was ice cold on arrival and would've taken hours to warm up to a useable temperature. That might've been ok but we...

「Super petit séjour au Refuge de l’Ours. Le logement était très bien, fonctionnel. Pour le premier soir nous sommes allés au restaurant LE CHALET DE LA SOURCE à 20 minutes pour déguster une fondue au Comté. C’était délicieux et l’accueil de Damien au top. Le lendemain randonnée au départ du Chalet de la Haute Joux (départ à pied du logement) On est allé à La cascade de la Billaude l’après midi et le lendemain La cascade du Hérisson. Tout était parfait. C’est une belle région. On reviendra 」

"Neuchatel City Hotel certainly is improving. It can be better.
1. Although there is a 3-steps stairs at the lobby, having a ramp will certainly help.
2. Housekeeping can be further improved. I believed some housekeepers are very serious in their task some are just getting by. For two days, no refill for my coffees capsules.
3. I find that Hotel.com choices of rooms in Neuchatel City are very limited. More can be done in between to have availability for bookings. Especially the double large rooms with fridge.
4. Thanks to the team for their efforts to ensure guests comforts. Thanks for the fan. "
