"the staff of the hotel were fantastic and they accomodated any extra items we needed with speed and grace. They were professional and friendly. My only concern was the restaurant below - the food was okay, and the staff there seemed indifferent, short, and not very friendly. For breakfast, the bacon was inedible, and hot food was often cold. It was the worst breakfast we had on our trip. It was disappointing. But I know that isn't a Radisson issue - otherwise we had a fantastic stay! "

"Lovely stay in a great hotel. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Omelette a particular favourite. Pool and gym facilities excellent. Short tram ride to city centre about 15 minutes. "

"First and foremost the Staff was very attentive to our needs whether we needed extra pillows, extra blankets, any info or recommendation on sight seeing or restaurants to eat at the staff was great. It was my wife and two 21 year old daughters staying at the Novatel for 5 nights for holiday from the States. . Rooms very clean. Hotel located in a good location. Not very touristy (which we like) but walkable to train station (about 20 minutes). Lots of restaurants to choose from on the walk toward train station. Grocery store across the street 2minute walk. "
