"The hotel is 5 stars and live to that standard, I booked a one bedroom apprtment with a kitchen that yoy can use for samll cookign or just heating leftovers like i did. The satff arw super super friendly, i know that you might thing that is true for allot of hotels but for me the staff of this hotel as a whole are the second best staff from all the hotel i stayed in. the location is great next to a small mall that has the necessary things you might need."

"We reserved a 2-bedroom suite with kitchen and living areas and this is what we got. The caveat being that while fully equipped, the kitchen lacked a few essential items such as a toaster, knives and cooking small utensils. This limited the usefulness of the kitchen. The pool, while immaculately clean was not exposed to sun and therefore could not be used (cold)."

"The staff at the front desk is really sweet and cooperative. The room staff is also very unintrusive. The breakfaat buffet deal for those staying is great. Visit Manama in December or January and you'll love it. "

"This hotel is having hygiene and cleaning services issues, bed sheets ,sofa, and bathroom are full of stains, rooms and hotel lobby smells terrible, cleaning service stops at 6pm although we checked in at 11pm , hotel blaming cleaning service shift at 6pm and they cant do anything until next day,i have called expedia asking for help , the hotel after then decided to move us to another room , worth saying that some of our groceries were stolen when moving from one room to another. Not sure how...

"The staff are rude and not accommodating. When we arrived at the hotel, they don’t honor our reservation because they said they don’t deal with Expedia any longer. "

"The room and hotel is expensive. They have a lower standard than other 4 stars. The towels are very old. Furniture is cheap. However, check in process was quick"

"The apartment is large and clean, and the staff is good. The apartment was changed due to a malfunction in the air conditioner and the kitchen. Tea, sugar and water are not available except once only, and the toilet is empty of personal hygiene tools"

"Slightly dated apartment but huge and comfortable. We didn’t really use kitchen facilities apart from the kettle and the fridge"

"-One-bedroom is huge, big windows throughout the entire living room with the view to the neighborhood and gets a lot of light during the day. -1.5 bathrooms, kitchen has enough equipment to cook, kettle & coffee machine, washing machine. Big and nice bedroom, bed, blankets and pillows are very comfortable. -Nice flat screen TV in the living room with some international channels. -Very nice and helpful front desk staff and appreciate the efforts to make our stays as present as possible....
