Fortunately there was a couple of guys staying there who were able to call someone who let us into our room. "I booked a room which had a bathtub and realized I needed a shower only due to my back problems. The next morning they found another room with a shower and had help moving us before my 10:00 appoint ment. Excellent room now for 15 euros more "
