“We had a problem at check-in - our keys were not in the provided lock box - everything else was as listed in the instructions. We were able to contact the host, and someone came to the office somewhat quickly to resolve the issue.The description stated that there was to be a queen bed and a twin bed in one room, there was only a queen bed in each room. They did bring us an inflatable bed to use.We did have a line of ants coming from the smaller bedroom to the kitchen, not a big deal, we found……

“Our family of 5 stayed in two cabins in late December 2023 and had a great time. The cabins were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Each had a porch looking out over fields and the Macal River. Manon was a fantastic host. She gave us great recommendations on places to eat in San Ignacio and things to do in the Cayo Region. The Lodge is down a dirt road that is very bumpy (like most roads in the region) and became very muddy because of the rain so we parked about 1/3 mile from the lodge……

“We stayed over the Christmas holiday. The view and property are lovely and location met our needs. Clean drinking water was provided and the wifi and TV worked well. When we arrived the pool featured in the listing was empty and non-functional which was disappointing since it was a key factor in our choice. The stove did not work and did not appear to have gas.
