"We were thrilled to get to stay in this sweet little lake house. The house is perfectly situated on the lake. We loved the easiness of getting to the dock and being able to jump and play around it. The screened in porch is a DREAM! And the house itself is so comfortable. We did lots of cooking and was happy to find everything we needed from grilling burgers to making breakfast.. we had all the utensils and plates, etc that we needed. The beds were perfection and the sunroom was the perfect spot...

We spent most of the time out on the lake, just needed a clean and comfortable place to sleep and this was just right for our little family. My 4 year old keeps asking when we’re going back. "Had a great stay at the Godbold building in Auburn to visit our college student. Great location, beautiful apartment. Only downside was the noise from the nightclub next door in the evenings, but the sound machines in each bedroom were a great addition and helped us sleep peacefully. Would definitely recommend a stay here!"

"Owner was very easy and helpful with all communication and questions. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable as my husband and I both have bad backs. Really neat upstairs had four twin beds and it was a nice quiet place if you just wanted to chill by yourself or read a book. Great Waterview and Union boat ramp to launch your boat close by. We loved this place!"
