“Staff did not maintain breakfast area as they were slow to refill food options and during our multiple days of our stay they did not have any coffee — pots were empty — and staff had no urgency to refill the pots. Had to go elsewhere for food and coffee. Room had very worn and dirty carpet — needs to be replaced.”

“Rooms are great size. They need to be updated, but I will not stay as fantastic. That was comfortable.”

“The hotel was really good. The hotel was completely booked because of an Auburn game. Only issue is we have an electric vehicle. There is one electric charger at the hotel. When we arrived there was a car charging and this car never moved the entire time we were there, even at check-out time. The car charging had to have been fully charged for a long time, since they were there so long, but they never considered moving. So, if you have an electric car, don’t count on the charger being available.”

“Staff ver friendly and attentive. We were only on property for a few hours to sleep and eat breakfast. Food was good. Location was goodWould definitely stay here again.”

“Fairly priced and clean. Mostly smiles all around from the hotel team. BUT *giggle* Front desk attendant on day one was quite unique and lacked basic professionalism and manners. I didn’t have any special requests at all, but she made me feel like I was a bother and said some rude things… as she cussed at the football game. lol All I could do was giggle a bit. It wasn’t like I was going to have to deal with her again. But it made me sad that the simple interaction could bring down the business.”

“Staff was friendly. But I had reserved a king non smoking on the low level but when I got there in order to get a low level I had to take a smoking room which since I wanted the low level I chose to take it.Room was ok not the cleanest ad the ac leaked but it worked. We left and came back and seen a cockroach. We killed it lol but when we left the second night our room key was deactivated so we had to get it activated again. But we will never stay here again. Hotel ok if its your last resort.”

“We ended up staying three nights, not once was the room was cleaned. We had to ask for towels every day and then had to go get them from the front desk. The so called breakfast was disgusting everyday. I wanted to French vanilla creamer, which was there on Monday morning. I had to ask for some on Tuesday and Wednesday morning, and they gave me what they wanted me to have, I couldn’t select how much I wanted for my coffee.”

“The hotel’s location is excellent, right off I-85, and the staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, that was about the only positive part of my stay. My overall experience was very disappointing. 1. The hotel feels extremely outdated, almost like stepping back into the 1970s. Even from the outside, there is very little signage, and the property looks poorly maintained. 2. The towels in my room were dirty and looked as though they had already been used and……
