“Staff, room and parking were great. Breakfast was BASIC. The ice vending machibe was out of order in 3rd floor the whole weekend.”

“Room and lobby were normal for what I would expect. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I wish they offered a complimentary breakfast, or at least an expanded menu for the in-house Bistro. The Bistro has a very limited breakfast menu.”

The negative for me is that the wifi was not working for me. I spoke to the front desk person; they said they would research the issue and get back to me,……

“The hotel was dirty. The toilet was clogged. The phone didn’t work. No dial tone so had to go down to report the toilet and I was given a plunger and considering it was already clogged upon me checking in, maybe a maintenance person should have came up. The ice machine was not even plugged in but considering how dirty everything was maybe that was a good thing.”

“It was really disturbing. People with loud music and talking, laughing and playing around really loud until midnight. I call the office around 11pm and nothing change.”
