"Very walkable location, central to lots of food/things to do. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean, with super nice and accommodating staff (Issac is the best!). The pool is pretty small, definitely not for swimming and mostly just for lounging/kids. The restaurant is a bit pricey but the food is so delicious it’s worth it! Still dreaming of their chicken alfredo. Sadly our trip was cut short and we only stayed one night instead of two, the hotel doesn’t allow refunds, but we would definitely stay again and were sad we missed our second night! (The laundry service was also super articulate for how inexpensive it was - around $15USD for an entire laundry bag full). "

"The outside area of the hotel is absolutely beautiful! The garden is designed with lovely details, different sitting areas, hammocks, plants and a wonderful upstairs patio from which one can enjoy the sunset. Only being there is relaxing. The pool is quiet large and very clean. The hotel is directly at the beach right between Las Penitas and Poneloya. One can take beautiful walks in the morning. The rooms have a strong aircon, generally are clean and comfortable. There are several pillow options which is a nice detail. Most importantly, the service is outstanding. The staff is flexible, friendly and juts generally happy to help. They are always up for a little chat and can provide a lot of information. When my friend got sick, they helped us find a doctor and assisted us in translating and everything else. Food always freshly made in the open kitchen! Try the desserts as well! We loved it and will definitely come back if in the area! "
