「Nice quiet place for a great price! Barely saw the neighbors in the big house. Cabin is nice inside and faces east so can see the sunrise and in the back of the property is a nice open green space to walk the dogs and can see the sunset. My only gripe is the water quality it has a metallic smell and taste so I suggest bring your own water. 」

「The house was perfect for the two of us .My wife was able to cook many meals for our son who is a college student near the house.Quick response fro owner. Will look to rent again if available for our next visit 」

「We booked this property for everyone to stay for my daughter’s Bachelorette Party. It was close to dinner and activities but not in the noise of the city. Quiet peaceful neighborhood. The livingroom has so much seating. The furniture was comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us to visit.The host responded quickly to all of our messages. Has great video on how to use the Whirlpool Tub. Great place to stay.」

「Stayed twice for business. Much cheaper than hotels downtown. Nice space. Private. Cozy vibes. Half dozen great coffee places in walking distance. Amazing restaurant downstairs. Responsive communication with owner. Bring your own shampoo/body wash as none is provided (which was not a problem). Else has everything you need. Will stay again next time I’m up!」

「Great place for gathering of two couples. Patio was great, view was beautiful of the lake. Location was great for touring around. We didn't use the pontoon, very windy. But had a great time on the troll hunt and a fun visit to Perham.」
