「Es war für mich nicht erkennbar das ich eine Gemeinschafts Küche und eine Gemeinschafts Bad erhalte. Es gibt nirgends eine Möglichkeit sein Handtuch aufzuhängen. Zimmer war einfach eingerichtet. Zimmer war sauber.」

「We picked this apartment because everything in old town was sold out or ridiculously expensive. We had a car so it wasn't a bid deal. We were very pleasantly surprised. It was very spacious, very clean and modern. It was really nice to actually have a kitchen. We worked with management closely on check in and communication was excellent. We had an electric vehicle and management arranged for us to have electrical parking and working with them for charging. We were able to charge overnight...

「住宿只有樓梯，對於拎行李相對不便，5分鐘左右的路程就有餐廳，超市，及地鐵站。如自駕遊比較方便，免費泊車，法蘭克福機場開到科隆，離高速路口不到5分鐘車程。」

「Leider keine Klimaanlage, das Zimmer war bei 32 Grad Außentemperatur schon sehr aufgeheizt, obwohl es Ostseite war und die Rollläden unten waren. Ich hatte einen Ventilator im Voraus angefordert, der auch auf dem Zimmer war, mit nur 2 Steckdosen im Zimmer war das aber auch etwas schwierig. In Dusche gab es etwas Schimmel am Silikon. Und leider war auch die Bahn sehr laut. Für den Sommer würde ich das Haus daher nicht mehr buchen. Personal war sehr nett und das Zimmer ansonsten schön...

「日本人の方へ、ここはホテルと書いてありますがホテルではないです。 そう思う理由: ① フロントありません。 ② ジムなどの施設ありません。 ③ シーツ、タオルの交換ありません。 ④ 掃除もしてくれません。 言ってみれば、エアビー/寮みたいな施設で、予約すると鍵のピンコードをメールで送ってきます。 横にアジア系飲食店(ベトナミーズ、チャイニーズ)があるのは便利だが、目の前の広場にホームレスがたむろしてます。それを見ると、治安が良いようには見えません。 それと、ケルン駅から近いと書いてありますが、徒歩です。30分弱です。 何度も書きますが、ここはホテルではありません。そこだけは気をつけてください。」

「Great room and location. There is a grocery store right across the street and several nightlife venues in walking distance. We stayed here for a concert and the Live Music Hall was right down the road.」

「Clean room, interesting yet functional kitchenette in a cupboard solution, decent bed, good shower, in general all ok. The building is in a state of renovation and the location is right besides the highway. The owners are very helpful and friendly. We (my dog and I) had a good stay.」
