"Towels and bed linens were stained. The wifi was not working for one of the guest. The clerk late night ignored our requests after some time to fix wifi. The bed linens for the sofa bed were not ready and not in the apartment so I had to get them at the reception desk."

The rooms are pretty spares, not that much love put in to them, but still modern and clean. However, since cleaning is only once/week, we lacked cleaning equipment. After 6 days we would like to vacuum the room and some gear to clean up the kitchen and bathroom etc. The area around the hotel has not much to offer, pretty bland. "From 9am to 9pm this ‘small’, simple and very clean hotel with a great view over the city is highly recommended. But from 9pm to 9am it’s a different story. The entertainment in the evening is of really mixed quality, but the worst part is that it is extremely loud and often goes on until midnight.
