"What a beautiful modern house, everything you need us there. Superb design. Great kitchen, everything you need. What a beautiful location. We watched the ever changing tides, sun rises and sun sets and the variation in bird feeding habits. Good quiet roads for cycling.The nearest town is 3 km by road or 500m across the estuary at low tide! The town, Guissény, poses every basic need…a patisserie, a tabac press, a small supermarket, an Rx and a restaurant. Delightful.The area has beautiful beaches everywhere."

"Nice property but a little more remote than we were expecting - no baker or cafe within walking distance. Beaches are very easily accessible.Property also felt a little neglected with a few things having been broken/missing and not replaced. "

"The property is adjacent to a working dairy farm, which can add value. It is about 10 mins walk from the edge of Guisenney, which is one of the bigger villages in the area. There are 3 places to eat. In May, the two restaurants in the middle are not open many nights. We eat at the modern one and it was excellent, with great service. We also eat at the old Watermill on the edge of the village (to the east) which is a nice dining experience. The village shop is well stocked and open all week until 8pm. The property comprises of an open plan mezzanine with a tight stair case. Claudie was helpful but we felt there was a lack of storage space; was also unclear on EV car charging arrangements so used the public facilities (extremely cheap in France); also unclear on the arrangements for bringing towels. There are some superb beaches locally and the coastal path in both directions are superb; stunning scenery. "
