「Excelente experiencia. Las instalaciones superaron mis expectativas, muy buena atención y servicio. El único detalle fue que uno de los enchufes de la cabaña (donde se enchufaba refrigerador y hervidor) estaba malo y había que intercambiar los aparatos para hacerlos funcionar. Lo otro es que en la descripción de servicios dice que tiene ducha con bañera y no es así, el baño solo cuenta con ducha. El resto, impecable! La cama es maravillosa, atrapa! 「Cabañas el Jardín is an absolute gem! The place was clean and comfortable. The owner, Claudia, is an absolute sweetheart. Very attentive and understanding. The communication was outstanding!! My dad felt very safe and comfortable there. I highly recommend Cabanas el Jardin if you are going to Valdivia. My dad fell at home and the daily breakfast was delicious !! 」

「We booked this place but got absolutely zero communication from the host. Tried to find it with address and map given—not there! Called the number given—nobody at that number knew anything about a VRBO rental! Trying to get our money back. Don’t book here; it’s a scam!」

「It's run by a crook He's not below scamming clients. I made the reservation in the morning, when I arrived in the afternoon, it showed that it was for the following month. Had to book somewhere else. The next day I tried to cancel the reservation, 24 hours after the booking, 30 days prior to the reservation. He wouldn't let me, as It was policy.
