「Terrible customer service and terrible communication. I wrote to them requesting a late check out 2 days prior to arrival then reminded them on each day of my stay… they kept delaying their answer and neglecting my request until the last midnight night prior to my check out they never said it’s not possible… I said I am willing to pay extra for few hours of late check out… they didn’t decline and promised to get back to me in the morning. However, surprisingly 11am at my check out date they...

「Nette Bungalow Anlage in guter Lage genau zwischen dem Nissi Beach und Vathia Gonia Beach. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr gepflegt. Gutes Frühstück, schöner Poolbereich inkl. Kinderpool mit 50cm Wassertiefe, also mit kleinen Kindern sehr empfehlenswert.」

「Coming to Cyprus, visiting Ayia Napa is a must but it’s expensive. It’s a very touristy area and these apartments are far enough out of being directly in it. With the heat of September, it was nice to be by the pool all day and then venture out. Parking I think is limited on site, but believe there were other pots available. It is old and tired, but rooms are huge. Good value for what it is. 」
