"Worst experience I have ever had. I been traveling for years and have been to 39 countries. This was by far the worst stay I’ve had. The owner of this property has his mom (Neema) running this place and she was the worst part of the experience. She is super mean and talks to you like you’re dumb. We stayed here for my sisters wedding and everything that was promised was a scam. She says one thing and does another. We ordered a private chef and she ended up trying to send us premade breakfast....

"Awesome experience, flight got canceled until the next day, Booked the home they coordinated with the driver and the caretaker of the home and made everything seamless from the Airport to the home and back to the Airport the next morning. First-class experience"

"The property was beautiful and offered great views and even had a small private pool. The space was welcoming and large, perfect for a small family! We do recommend the resort, especially during hot months, to have the AC units serviced appropriately as there aren’t many close dining options so most meals are prepared in the home, and no AC in the kitchen was miserably hot. We did have a difficult time after check in to get in touch with the resort to arrange transportation in a timely manner....

"I have never been so miserable in Negril. After a 13 hour flight, i arrived at the property to a locked gate. I called and called for the owner to let us in. She told us that Hotels.com had made no reservation for me to stay for 3 weeks. Eventually, she found the reservation, allocated us a room but said I'd have to transfer to another room in 4 days because the room was booked to a regular guest ! On day 3, she demanded that i moved to the second room and said that i had to cancel my plans for...

"I LIKE HOW THEY COMMUNICATED AND ADDRESSED THE PROBLEMS ! Only thing I didn’t like was the no working ac and there wasn’t stuff close to go shop "
