「The property owner was very responsive,respectfu,helpful and understanding. The home was absolutely amazing. Way more than I expected. Not only did they have all the cooking utensils, spatulas, pots and pans but if you by chance forgot body wash or shampoo at home they had it covered as well. 「What can I say... from check- in to check- out what a great experience. The house is definitely as described. The owner got right back to us with all communications. We had a great stay. You literally do not have to leave this home in order to enjoy your vacation. It has everything and kid super friendly. We will definitely book again. Villa Rica has a place in our hearts forever!!! 「The house was amazing. Clean and plenty of space for our group. The lawn was not maintained and there isn’t a decent outside seating area if you like to be outside or are a smoker but all in all it was great. We really enjoyed it and the host was very responsive and accommodating. 」

「This stay was perfect, and included full run of the upstairs portion of a house nestled in a nice neighborhood near the heart of Carrollton. The house was clean and provided much more than a couple of hotel rooms ... full kitchen, refrigerator, spacious, washer/dryer, and areas for our family was able to visit comfortably. If we find ourselves in Carrollton again, we'll definitely stay here.」
