“Clean rooms and great atmosphere”

“This was the worst check in experience I’ve had at any hotel. The desk person couldn’t find our reservation and called the manager, who was sleeping. We arrived later than expected with unexpected delays during our 15 hour trip. The system apparently automatically cancelled our reservation without notice- we arrived within a half hour of the system updating. The manager refused to work with Expedia to coordinate our refund so we could rebook. We wanted to stay, but the manager, Jon Peterson, was……

“Pet-friendly, good location and the rooms were clean.”

“No attendee at the front desk, waited waited waited. Bathroom in Lobby was roped off and found to be locked. Rundown w/ cheap remodeling effort to cover it up. We left w/o checking in because the torture of staying there was worse than the loss of money spent. In a word: (see below). YUK !”

“property FAR EXCEEDED my expectations.For the first time, a vrbo was sooo much better than it even seemed in the listing- and the listing is great! I extended my stay numerous times because I was just SO comfortable there that I did not want to leave and on top of that it is on a gorgeous lake, in a quiet and very private community... I truly would have stayed there forever if I could have.”

“The house was fine overall but a few things would greatly improve the experience. The fridge constantly makes ice and cannot be turned off. It overflows and leaks on the floor. The water dispenser doesn’t work, so there is no need to have the water connected. The oven, air fryer, and bbq need a good cleaning. We noticed cooking utensils that were dirty also. The bed creaked and the plastic mattress cover crinkled every time we moved which made sleeping for us quite difficult. I did mention the……

“We had a great stay. All the amenities are up to date, clean and in great shape. There were all the incidentals that you might expect at a fancy hotel. There is a nice fenced area where we could take our dog out. The heated garage was nice too and had a ping pong table and foosball table. We definitely recommend.”

“Need hot food bar in the morning, Need Irons in the rooms,upgrades needed for the price you pay. The STAFF was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean. Overall I would stay here anytime I could afford it. I give 7☆. Little upgrades and it's perfect. Thank you Fab & Azther for you help!! ”

“The grounds are incredible. The café is bare bones in the mornings, however the coffee is amazing. The kitchen did a nice job with after hours food. We were there during a wedding so lots of noise. Note, no daily housekeeping. Will stay there again overall, a beautiful location, helpful staff, and lots of amenities to choose from. The room was well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable.”

“The night shift staff on duty when we arrived was super. Raven was very accommodating throughout our stay as were all other staff. We've stayed at many Hilton properties across the US, including Hawaii. Raven is at the top of her class. Now if they would get the Bremen Hampton remodeling started and done. Great job Carrollton, Georgia Hampton staff.”
