「I needed a place to lay my head. Mainstream inn was clean and comfortable. As a solo female, I felt safe there. I’m not one to need very many amenities. I typically don’t go to the breakfasts. There is none here, so it’s not a big deal for me. If you’re looking for fancy amenities, move on. 」

「For the money it is not a bad place to hang your hat for 1 or 2 nights. Staff was super nice and helpful. Clean enough, beds weren't the most comfortable. But again for a night or 2, you cant go wrong. It was also super quiet, which is what you want.」

「The place was clean, the staff were helpful, the amenities nice and as described. Our ac wasn't draining properly, so the room was extremely humid (windows so fogged you couldn't see out, despite outdoor highs in the low 70s) and made an alarming creaking sound every 45 minutes or so. The sheets were nice and the bed and pillows very comfortable.」

「If you are into throwbacks with some upgraded amenities then this place is for you. It sits in a beautiful little town and you can imagine how it was at the turn of the century. We can’t say enough about this place from the price to the bed. Best mattress we have ever stayed on. We will be returning at some point and look forward to it until we do. Highly recommend.」

「The staff were very nice and professional. No problems there. The hotel as a whole is a little run down. Exercise room leaves A LOT to be desired. Tread mill didn’t work and the elliptical trainer is about to fall apart — it’s in terrible shape. The room was adequate. Bathroom is very dark, hard to put makeup on. And no exhaust fan. The AC worked great. Love a cool room to sleep in. Bed was comfortable.」

「Basic room but functional. Pillows were paper thin. Bed covers were also thin. Only 2 towels and washcloths in the bathroom for a room with 2 queen beds. Had to ask for more pillows and bath towels. No available shampoo/conditioner or soap, thankfully we had our own」
