"The room we had was nice and spacious with good wardrobes and storage spaces. The room, kitchen and bathroom were clean. The staff were friendly. The location was good for getting into town and you could see the river close by from some rooms. Overall a great stay. I would stay again and would reccommend it."

There is no service provided at all apart from an average, 'self serve' breakfast. The photos we saw online of beautiful pastries unfortunately did not materialise. There was a coffee machine in our room, but no coffee! We had to go down 3 floors to find a coffee pod, for which we were charged extra. I...
