“Room was great the country club itself was run down and old the pool was dirty. Place to eat was not available if you don’t have a reservation kinda hard to know when u will arrive after driving 8 hours. Town or waynesville was cute.”

“The room was cute and the allowance of having our dogs was why we chose this property. Having said that the check in process wasn't clear using Expedia. There is no management office. You simply needed a code to get a key from a lockbox on the door of your house. The big issue was the multiple spider webs/spiders/and dust all over the place. You can see that the fans and ceilings haven't been cleaned in months if not more. The fire alarm hanging on it's wires went off for no reason twice. ……

“Such a cute getaway spot. The hot tube was very relaxing. The games were an extra plus! Didn’t realize it was a duplex but we found the right side by following host’s directions and we got to check in a little bit early. Thanks for a great stay!”

“The house was very clean. Thank you Andrea! Otherwise the house was dumpy. Many things in disrepair. Broken glass globes on fan in Master bdroom. Broken chair outside.Outdoor steps and deck need paint. Broken bed frame in upstairs bedroom. Broken swing glider. No BBQ. Just some kind of hot plate that is rusting. No A/C. For eating utensils there was just one adult fork and the rest were like fondue forks. One steak knife. Refrigerator was missing a shelf. Loose stair banister. Also, a decaying……

“Property was clean and comfortable. The split ac units provided enough ac to keep it plenty comfortable. Road is paved all the way to property but is tight and a little curvy. ”

“The host is great! The home is rustic and met our needs for a place to sleep, shower, and sit around in the evening. My opinion, it's perfect for 1-4 people. The ride up the mountain is definitely and interesting one. We had two Jeeps so we were fine but there are a couple areas that are not paved. I would rent this property again since the host was attentive and was easy to contact.”
