“I stayed at this property with my children. We chose this place due to the proximity to the airport. We had a wonderful restful stay. The property is in a gated community. The neighborhood is very clean, quiet, safe and family friendly. There was private parking and street parking. Owners gave us a warm welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. “This property is not quite a traditional VRBO, as the owners live on-site. However, for our family that was not a drawback, as it meant that Eduardo would wander by with four servings of whatever delicious item Betty was creating (homemade flan, Spanish tortilla, carrot cake, oh my!) That also allowed us to participate in a coffee history lesson and coffee roasting--truly one of the exceptional experiences we had in Costa Rica. Eduardo also was very accommodating as our check-in time got pushed……

“We had no complaints during our stay. The room was spacious and all amenities(cookware, plates, salt, towels, shampoo, body soap, conditioner, fridge and freezer, clothes iron, hangers, & others) were available for use. Aircondition was great and strong enough for the entire space. TV was smart which inluded entertainment apps but TV could be updated. Everything was clean and modern. Although daily housekeeping was not available(which was stated prior to booking), everything we needed was……

“Be sure to read this review! I went ahead and gave it five stars to hopefully balance out the poor reviews it had already received. This property was absolutely fantastic! The room was plenty big enough and had a full kitchen and refrigerator. The only two things that I can say is you need to look for the property as condominio Urban flats. That is the only way you will find this place. I think as long as you know this hopefully you won't need much contact from the management company. The place……

“The home was just as described and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. It’s located with walking distance of local eateries, markets, and a pharmacy. It’s also a short Uber drive from the Central Market in San Jose. The sunsets from the balcony were amazing and the hosts were so responsive. This home is a definite stay!”

“We walked from Escazu Multiplaza at night and essentially its low on the hill in Escazu so its a bit of hike. Not an issue if you are driving. The rooms are spacious and a warm shower in Costa Rica is a rarity so that was a bonus. Very clean. There is a bespoke Burger place a close walk away Don Pedro? Really great food. In any case plenty of food and market options for a spot of in house cooking. Recommended.”
