"We had a wonderful staycation & we even extended our stay because the hotel is very convenient with easy access to SM mall. The location was perfect, downtown is walking distance with public transportation readily available. We had everything we needed right there. Rooms & hallways were clean with very attentive staff. The front service desk staff are exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable & very helpful. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Highly recommended & hope to be back again next year. "

We have a spacious room & a very comfortable bed with a beautiful view of Bacolod Lagoon park. To all the staff & personnel hands down, you made our Bacolod vacay a very special & memorable one.
