“great stay ”

“When arriving at 3pm I was quite disrespectfully told to go away and come back at 4, the original incheck time. Because signing wasn’t clear I just wanted to know at that point if that was where check in was, because the name mentioned was not Sierra House. Returned at 4 pm and a different lady gave me the room keys and directions and informed me that I had been upgraded. She was very kind. But the room had not been cleaned, so back to the lobby again. She apologized and gave me another room……

“A Throop was not clean. Hair in too many places. There was no air conditioning in the height of summer - which wasn’t outlined until check in. No hot water anywhere.”

“Honestly a beautiful spot. Felt like I could disappear for a while. Hot water and clean housing. Very cute and had great entertainment area. Would definitely visit again”
