「Out of all the hotel staff I’ve met during my travels, he was by far the kindest. Despite the rain and the early morning hour, he still came out with an umbrella and walked with us—honestly, it felt like a savior had appeared in that moment. 「The property was dirty, 4 floors without elevator and the stairs are very difficult to climb up, because the steps are too high. The air conditioner didn’t work properly and not enough for the all property. They didn’t leave towels for all the guests.」

「This was without a doubt the worst hotel experience of my entire life. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I paid for a luxury apartment, but what we received was the complete opposite — a very poor, dirty and badly maintained room that was nowhere near the standard we had paid for. The worst part was that we found bed bugs in the room. We were moved to another room, but the replacement room was also extremely poor, dirty and far below the standard we had booked and paid for....
