「Everything was great, great staff, specially the team that checked me in on September 13th in the morning which I forgot their names, from the gentleman who checked me in early which I really appreciate and the bell man who helped me with my bags and the housekeeping team which did a great job, very kind and helpful, I would definitely recommend this property, Thank you for a great stay and see you soon! 」

「Beware, this is one of the earliest properties of this cityloft chain. It is not ıp to the standards that you would expect if you had stayed their other properties. It needs an urgent rennovation and repair. Otherwise it will cost cityloft a good deal of clients. Air condition was only in the bedroom section nothing in the living room section, lighting was depressive, bathroom in dire need of renewing and enlargement. 」

「This is scam. It lies in an ghetto alley and the guy worked there i said i cant check in because some reason i dont understand what he was talking about. I came at right time of reservation at night he keep saying i need to come tomorrow of reason i dont understand. So nowhere to sleep the night. I booked another hotel and looked for refund but didnt find any in such option hotel.com app. 」

「Super clean and very comfortable stay we had. I have no single bad words to say about Joy suites. Very close to metro (underground) and Taskim square is only few minutes away. There shops around for groceries etc. 」

「This place is a great value compared to other options you can book in İstanbul. The building is new, and our studio apartment was also new (I think all the rooms are), with everything clean and shiny. The owner and staff are very nice, polite, and always ready to help or answer your questions about İstanbul. At first, it looks like the property is far from the city, but it’s actually not that far. "The room is spacious and artistically decorated, providing a pleasant stay. The hotel owner is very kind and prepares coffee for you, adding a personal touch to the experience. Breakfast is provided, and the hotel is within walking distance (8-10 min) from the Metro station. Additionally, there is a lift, so you don't need to worry about carrying your luggage upstairs. However, the roads in Taksim are generally rough and bumpy, and the curtains could be improved to better block the light from the street lamps."
