"This is an excellent property. I would highly recommend it! You have a beautiful view of the river. It was spotless and the furnishings, quilts on beds, books, fully furnished kitchen and appliances were all clean. The location is close to Tibbett's Lighthouse and a short drive into Cape Vincent. Parking was plentiful. My only recommendation would be to remove the room deodorizer. Otherwise, it was perfect!! "

"We enjoyed the rental very much and the location was excellent in a quiet area. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck and down by the waterfront in the evening. Our only complaint would be the window air conditioning units not quite keeping the bedroom cool, but that wouldn’t keep us from staying here again!"
