"The service at this hotel is quite normal and doesn’t match the standard of branded hotels like Siddhartha. It’s not really worth the price they charge. Guests often need to redial or remind the staff multiple times for basic requirements. Overall, the experience wasn’t very impressive considering the cost. There are better hotel options available nearby that provide more value for money."

"A lovely place in Bardiya. Staff extremely helpful and Mohan was very professional in communication prior to arrival (with anirport pick up) and arranged a very good itinerary on my arrival. The team are very passionate about safari and the area and the walking safari option is not to missed. Will definitely stay again if in the area."
