「What an experience!!! The stay was amazing. All members of the family liked it equally. Serene, pristine and caring. In the lap of nature, we were immersed. The journey through coffee plantation and walk on the natural trail was an experience of a lifetime. All PLUS... Hats off AMA, hats off TATA...」

「This was a scam. The property was advertised as having a pool and spa, which was a key reason for booking. On arrival, we were redirected to Pattisons Boutique, which has neither facility. Being told to drive to another hotel to use these amenities was not what was advertised or agreed upon. I would like a partial refund for the amount paid toward the pool and spa facilities. Otherwise, the staff were polite and helpful, and the estate was beautiful.」

「The surrounding is beautiful but there are many issues : No water flow No hot water No power- biggest issue Service is pathetic Cleanliness is not maintained- bedsheets, towels everything is dirty No shampoo, toothpaste, shower gel in bathrooms The water spray in bathroom is broken. Lizards, insects everywhere. No network, wifi also fluctuates all the time. After eating the caretaker doesnt clean the table until next day or asked. There was leakage in the room and my bag and clothes got wet...
