「1. 住宿地址錯誤：Expedia平台提供的旅館地址有誤，與實際位置相差約300公尺，成為此次旅程唯一的不滿！這導致我們一家四口（兩大兩小）在38℃高溫下找了兩小時才抵達旅館，體驗極差。幸好熱心麵包店店員與專業計程車司機協助我們順利入住。強烈建議Expedia立即更新正確地址，以免其他旅客遭遇相同困擾！ 2. 旅館設施與環境：旅館房間寬敞、網路穩定，設施令人滿意。然而，旅館過於靠近平交道，火車經過時的噪音與地板震動嚴重影響睡眠品質。」

「まったくホテルの人との対面はなく、全てメールでのやり取りのみ。手続きの段階で、宿泊者の登録をするよう、メールが届きますが、全て英語だったので（日本語の選択がない）、少し戸惑いました。 ホテル自体は、部屋をワンフロア貸切 暗証番号を入力して入室 部屋はとても綺麗で、タオル、ハミガキはありました。 コーヒーはドリップバッグがありましたが、紅茶やお茶も欲しかったです。 快適な生活ができましたが、一つだけ、用意された布団一式の敷き布団が薄すぎです、寝られませんでした。 そこだけです、困ったところは。 あと、キャンセルができないのは、冬は体調を崩すことがあると考えた時、リスクも承知で予約しなければいけません。」
