“it is very stylish modern house, spacious, clean and tidy. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I really recommend it to those who would like to stay in this area of TAS. It only takes 18 mins drive to see the Penguins. Supermarket just next door but they close at 6:00. ”

“Nice location, very clean, great hot shower, adequately equipped kitchen and good heating. Lounge furniture a little sparse and uncomfortable. The only issue was the bed. While clean and in good condition, but the mattress far too soft for us. Didn’t sleep at all well, woke with back ache.”

“A fantastic tiny home experience. Cosy, warm and comfortable, we went to sleep with a view of the stars and only the sounds of the wallabies on their nocturnal wanderings. ”

“Very relaxing stay. Clean and warm cottage.”

“As per description. Missed the goats but unfortunately it was raining at the time.”

“Absolutely a gem of a place - quiet, modern spotless, a great location and everything needed was provided - one in a thousand”

“House was very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. ”

“My husband, myself and our dog stayed 3 nights over the Easter break. So gorgeous. Open fire inside was so cozy in this cute little cottage. Wine by the fire pit with the sounds of the running creek was relaxing and just what we needed. Sadly we did not get to met Brian and his wife, hopefully next time. Absolutely highly recommend. Make sure you visit Guide Falls, stunning. We will be back. Country side breathtaking ”

“Good location, clean and well presented and stocked with all the necessary basics . We enjoyed our stay very much”
