We urgently looked up for new hotel, in unknown city at night. It was terrible but then we find another hotel and moved out. Owners said that money for booking we payd with Expedia still on hold and they cannot refund and I must call to Expedia. Expedia open ticket and for two days there was no news, but then they said than they cannot refund my……

“I have enjoyed the stay in Ludmilla’s apartment a lot. She is amazingly responsive, flexible and very helpful. Made our stay much easier, eventhough the airline didn’t deliver our bikes directly. She made the situation so much less stressful. She organized our transport to and from the airport aswell. The apartment is well priced and well located. A very enjoyable stroll to the main square and very good restaurants just 5min away. The apartment itself has that amazing view. Is just at the train……

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is clean and modern, and it was nice to have our own kitchen and washing machine. It's in a gated community and felt very secure. There is a grocery store and gym in the same block. Can easily walk to many restaurants. The air conditioning worked great, the apartment was nice and cool even though it was around 90F outside during the day. And of course, a great view, you can see the sunset, Victory park, the giant flagpole, the ferris wheel straight……

“Die Natur darum und die Umgebung war traumhaft schön. Die Verpflegung hat uns nicht gefallen. Mitten in der Nacht ist ohne es vorher zu kommunizieren jemand in die Jurte gekommen und hat am Ofen rumgemacht. Auf die Anfrage ob das Hotel eine Möglichkeit zur An- und Abreise bietet, weil die nächsten Städte sehr weit weg sind, wurden wir nur belächelt. Der WLAN-Router wird nach Lust und Laune an und abgeschalten, während man 15€ pro Tag dafür verlangt. Die Natur drumherum ist fantastisch! Das Hotel……

“安価な割に施設はきれいで清掃が行き届いています。周辺の治安や利便性が良く非常にコストパフォーマンスが良いです。ホテルスタッフのホスピタリティがとても高いです。アパートメントを選択する目的に貯まった洗濯物を洗濯する事があります。肝心の洗濯機がありませんでしたので、事前に通知いただけると洗濯機がある部屋に変更できるはずでした。次回以降は教えてください。”
