"The apartment itself was great, well-designed, well-equipped, and very clean. Everything else was a nightmare. Online check-in didn't work. When I arrived, I was made to wait for twenty minutes outside the building, communicating with someone at another location through the intercome. When they finally let me in, my room wasn't ready, although it was more than three hours after the check-in time advertised on the website. During my stay, there was deafening construction noise at all hours...

"Wir waren da für 4 Tage und 3 Nächte mit Familien, davon einem 5 Monate Säugling. Die Wohnung ist schön, groß mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. sehr angenehm und so richtig zum Wohlfühlen. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber auch nicht so weiter zu großen Städten wie Frankfurt, Koblenz sowie Köln. Frau Meixner ist sehr freundlich, sehr nett und gastfreundlich. "

"Staying in the castle hotel was amazing. Staff were all professional and showed an interest in our comfort and making our stay as good as possible. The castle/hotel grounds were lovely. Only thing I would say was a little challenging was the AC. We ended up sleeping with the window open to cool the room effectively. No biggie!! Thank you for an amazing stay!! Would definitely recommend to friends and family. "
