「The location is really good and connected to the mall easy access but the room so stain and the bunk bed they provide unsafe to put kids on it shaking. No extra bed sheets in the room & wasn’t clean from the previous visitors when we check in」

But I can't see any cleaning service. THEY completely ignored us. Despite asking for a functional kettle, cleaning of toilets, cleaning of bins, they did just a simple registration.
