「1) No direction on on how to operate water heater, TV (not simple turning on/ off), etc. I didn’t know we had to turn on a switch for hot water so showered in cold water the first night.
2) Residence penny pinching and provided only 1 towel per guest, with no change of towel after the 3rd day only, and only reluctantly provided an extra towel since we wanted to use the swimming pool
3) When asked to speak to a Manager the staffs only replied that their residence was not a hotel so room...
