「The AC didn’t work. This made the stay a bad experience in summer ( 35C / 95F ) - the room was constantly warmer than outdoors. The only communication method with the staff was texting. The staff never responded until we followed up. Remotely they wanted us to believe the AC was fine, even though it’s not our experience. The AC problem was never fixed throughout our 3 nights stay. After 2 days the staff started to ignore us. Since we only had one more night to stay, we decided to leave it as...
