「Very quiet neighborhood, very clean home, well appointed kitchen!」

「This was a perfect quiet and clean stay. I loved having the garage. Very peaceful.」

「We enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the outdoor patio more. Loved how spacious the house was.」

「Beautiful home, clean, and owner had great communication. Game room was loved by all.」

「Great place to stay」

「Miscommunication somewhere, the property was shared with another and that was uncomfortable. I have small kids with a lot of energy from our 8 hour drive. The other person decided to bang on the floor at us. Not cool. Someone also randomly kept ringing the door bell. Nice decor, bed was awesome and amenities were superb!」

「Great place to stay and I am very appreciative that the host was willing to do an after midnight check-in due to a long travel day. I didn't realize he would have to personally meet us at the door and let us in to his basement that is the rental location. I would have preferred a keypad entry. There is a lock on the rental door once in the basement. Very clean location! We left early the next morning to continue our drive, so I don't know anything about the rest of the area.」

「Everything was good. Might want to trim back the trees in the driveway. Hard for passenger to get out without running into them.」

「Enjoyed the hot tub, host was very friendly, very clean!」

「This is an old home so the floors were not new. The washer and dryer are in the basement with steep stairs. If you are ok with those few things then you’ll enjoy your stay. It is well stocked with all your needs, has a comfortable bed and a fenced back yard if you have dogs. Nicely furnished and decorated!」

「I've now stayed at two homes owned by this person. Both have been excellent experiences. Clean, all the amenities plus special touches like welcome snacks that I didn't expect. This little house is cozy and perfect for a single out couple.」

「Stay was great. Communication with host was also great. A missing item was quickly replaced when we contacted them. Very helpful. Comfortable, clean. Had everything we needed and good central location. I was unaware that we had an upstairs unit however. It worked out ok but would’ve liked to have known that beforehand. Good stay for us. 」

「It was a pleasant location within walking distance of Falls park, courthouse museum and pubs/restaurants.’」
