“I left this hotel covered in bite marks — I have clear photos. Staff removed the mattress protector on the spot, then later denied everything and blamed the guest.
I was forced out in a foreign country with no help and my luggage still inside. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
入住後我全身都是咬痕，有照片為證。飯店現場把床墊保潔墊拖走，事後卻完全否認並把責任推給旅客。
在異國我被迫無處可去、行李還留在房間，他們一句話都不負責。請一定避開這家飯店。

“The accommodation was fair for the price we paid. The appartment was clean and contact with the owner was fine and friendly. Nevertheless in the hallway had been a great leakage which left its marks and in the bathroom a part of the ceiling paint came down and was hanging loose. That was quite unnecessary even for the friendly budget price we paid.”

“Property was for 4 adults and 4 children for a few days in London and it worked well. Only 15 minutes walk from Norwood Junction which is only 12 min train into London Bridge and runs regularly so great for connection and getting in and out. Sayed was also very good at communicating. I think it would be good if more info was given about check-in as it's not that clear and if arriving in the dark hard to see.The property driveway did have quite alot of rubbish in and around it, would be good if……
