“The stay was not good. Few things I didn’t like - Poor customer service ( The receptionist didn’t even know I was coming or had any information about my arrival) - To many mosquitoes with no mosquito spray available but rooms had mosquito nets which I don’t like to use - No drinking water in the rooms - No hot water in the room but was transferred to another room - Very poor shower system ”

“El departamento es muy bonito, bien mantenido, limpio, amplio, cómodo y con una hermosa vista. La propietaria fue muy amable y nos ayudó a resolver nuestra salida al aeropuerto en la madrugada. En nuestro caso no teníamos un chip de Kenya para solicitar un taxi y ese sí es un verdadero problema. El departamento está ubicado a unos 20 minutos del aeropuerto. Para quienes viajan en auto propio no tendrán ningún problema.”

“Serene Place is about 20 minutes from the airport. The host, Risper, is really friendly. I had her arrange for my ride from the airport. I arrived at 4 am and she stayed up until I assured her I was safely home. She even paid for my ride!!❤️; not typical. The whole place was clean and spacious to my liking. There are convenient stores in the complex. Security is 24/7. Easy to walk around and near shopping and eaterly places. Nairobi National park is few minutes away but I run out of time and……

“I am still here at the property. I have extended my stay. I am enjoying my stay so far. Unfortunately, my camera is not working at the moment. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. ”

“The property was perfect. The owner was very responsive and gave clear instructions on how to get in the apartment. It was clean and spacious. Our only complaint is that the windows were left open And several mosquitoes and flies were buzzing around the apartment making it hard to sleep. Suggest getting mosquitoes nets around the beds or screens on the windows to prevent this from happening. But will still recommend!”
