「I've stayed here on numerous occasions and it's always 5 stars from me but this time it wasn't as good. They were painting 2 floors below and the smell of paint thinners was overpowering. They should have had more ventilation on the floors before. Also they give tea bags, coffee etc in the room but no milk. Every time I've stayed I ask for a very small amount of milk to have with my tea in the room as none is provided. Every other time it was given without question but this time they wanted me...

「Arrival is a little unsettling as the driveway is very steep and security rummage through the car and your luggage but once you’re through it’s a beautiful hotel. Various options for eating, really helpful staff - and an extremely clean and well-maintained property. We did have an issue with water not flowing through the shower drain fast enough to stop flooding but this was sorted out within 30 minutes. Andrew enjoyed a lovely meal in the rooftop restaurant. Would stay again; and recommend.」
