"First the good: secure parking is great and the rooms are a good size. However this place is looking very tired. No maintenance is done, shower head held on with a cable tie. Stained carpets and walls and the bed worn out. Balcony is good but unusable with all the smoking going on. Not a smoke free property. No smart TV for streaming or casting. Location is good but how about a coat of paint and new carpets, for the cost. Absolutely no room service for fresh towels etc unless you stay 7 days....

"Amazing property! So much space and luxurious. Loved having our own pool and outdoor space. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need. Felt like home and very comfortable. Amazing location and so relaxing. "

"Oasis 11 is on the Marina side and you can walk to the Marina to all the eateries. The apartment is spacious and has a lovely view but does need updating as the decor is tired and some of the cupboards/chairs were loose or broken. It comes with a buggy which is handy and kids U12 eat free at some restaurants. Overall, it felt more like a home and was comfortable. Another relaxing and enjoyable stay at Hamilton Island."

"Wonderful location, very good equipment, concentrated tourism next to the harbour - only a few steps away, you'll find lonely beaches and well maintained walking trails."

"Beautiful spot, accommodation good. Felt a little unwelcome because even the handwashing and detergents had Baybliss written all over them, as if we might steal them. Never had this anywhere we have stayed before. Having said that, owners were lovely and it is a beautiful place to stay."
