“Everything was layed out for us. Very good spot for friends and family. Cozy fire and well supplied wood. Kitchen very well equipped with oil and dishwashing liquid. Everything to clean is there.”

“We stayed at the property for one night. Beautiful house with a nice deck and view. Wish we had stayed for more than one night. The set up of the living space, the photographs and artworks have added extra dimension to the property. Huge front yard with a trampoline for kids. TT at the garage, nice insulation and heating. We will stay there again and highly recommended. ”

“The man that ran the place was very kind and straight to the point heaps of utilities in the kitchen so you wouldn’t have to bring a whole pan or potato masher, the kitchen and toilet are shared but it was still great. The heater was warm and me and my friends had a great time ”

“We were up at Waimarino to ski for the week with our two young children, the house was a perfect little bolt hole when weren’t on the mountain!Our only issues were that while there was a log burner and wood for it, unfortunately the wood was all rather damp and there was no way to chop any smaller kindling to even get the fire going, thank goodness for the heat pump, so we were all sorted! Also the Freeview box lost signal on our last night, but no biggie, we were all ready for an early night by……

So much character, great open plan living area, plenty of sleeping space with comfy beds and a lovely setting.
