“There were significant shortcomings for which we requested a partial refund - but have heard nothing, not even an apology. The gas fireplace, which was a crucial part of our decision to rent this property, was not functional. One double bed had no sheets at all, the other had only a bottom sheet, requiring the sleeper to use the blanket as a top sheet. The host's "solution" was to have the housekeeper hang a bag with a sheet on the front door handle the next day. There were minor omissions……

“We were so happy with our stay at Goldfinch! The perfect spot for our family trip. The charming little cottage is only 20 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, but perfectly secluded on the side of the mountain. I will be telling everyone I know to stay here when visiting the area. ”
