"It's hard to find a fault with this property for the value. However, two items would make this hotel perfect. First, we were forced to sit in the lobby for 30 minutes with our luggage and loaded luggage cart because the front desk staff said the manager won't allow him to check guests in more than 15 minutes before check-in time of 3 o'clock pm even though the room was ready. Second, breakfast was all sugar and carbohydrate. You could get a sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, but you have to pay $3.50 for it. "

"Checkin was terrible. Arrived at 2:30, 30 minutes prior to check in time. Room not ready. Desk clerk could not give me a time. At 3, she said again it wasn’t ready. I asked when, she didn’t know, housekeeping was not her department. I asked if she could check, she said after she checked in the 7 people behind me. Another desk person arrived and took care of it immediately. I suspect my room was an upgrade. Just a little kindness would have gone a long way"
