"This little apartment was a great jumping off point for our weekend in the Mosel Valley. We were able to park in front of the hotel at night for free with the blue parking ring. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Soap in the shower, extra bathmats for the bathroom floor (there is no door on the shower so water splashes around), in addition to a small vacuum (the clean freak in me was thrilled) and a tablet with information about the hotel and area. My only hesitancy is that...

"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dem kleinen mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Häuschen. Es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Fön. "This apartment had everything and more that we could have wished for. Super clean and lovely and warm for our arrival. Very easy check in and great communication from hosts throughout our stay. "Die Zentrale Lage in Andernach ist wirklich super. Der Preis wirklich angemessen. Alles verfügbar in der Wohnung. Das Bett war für uns ein wenig zu weich. Wir mögen eher härtere Matratzen. Das Bett ist so groß wie ein Futonbett. Beim Schlafen hätten wir aber gerne mehr Platz. Man kann aber auf ein Schlafsofa ausweichen. "

"Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 9 Jungs für ein Wochenende in der Villa und es war einfach nur mega! Die Unterkunft lässt so gut wie keine Wünsche offen. Super sauber, hochwertige Möbel und Einrichtung. Man hat seine Ruhe, da keine Nachbarn. Die Sauna und der Whirlpool auf der Terrasse sind top, ausreichend Handtücher sind vor Ort verfügbar. Und auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist total unkompliziert und schnell. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Danke für das coole Wochenende!"

"Beautifully furnished ground floor accommodation with everything you might need. Owner was friendly and helpful and spoke enough English to communicate with us (we speak very little german). The view of the castle is impressive from the decking.
The castle is worth a visit and there are very good waymarked paths which go through Alken. The village is a very short walk where there are nice restaurants and a few shops including a small supermarket and a bakery.
Cochem is a bigger town with lots...

"Only stayed one night when visiting the area with a family member. We had a friendly greeting and our host spoke English. It’s a pet friendly hotel as we had a small dog with us. The mattress and quality of the bedding were superb as was the Prija soap in the loo. Breakfast available for €18 but there is a bakery nearby (closed Wednesdays) for a cheaper option. Quiet area in a quaint village. Wifi did not work in the rooms only lobby area. "
