"Very nice accommodation only a short walk from Hakata station. Room was clean and well appointed with comfortable beds. Highly recommended."

"Room was very clean. Kitchen was very well equipped and amenities were provided. Air conditioning and heater was working well. There were no staff (self check in and check out with the ipad). The only issue was that the hot water was not working well and this can be improved. Otherwise, it was a good stay"

"Though there is not reception counter, there is a Front Deck iPad tablet to communicate with staff. Response is fast and staff can speak in English. Hotel is very well-maintained, as if brand new. There is also a 24hrs supermarket right beside it."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. A very nice layout with a practical kitchen. We had trouble with the room tablet that gives the WiFi info so we messaged the property and the responded within minutes. Very walkable area with plenty of food and entertainment options. Comfy and quiet room. Will stay again. "
