"Amazing, regardless of price one of the best places I've stayed in Japan. 15 mins walk from Saga station in a quiet residential area and only 10 mins walk to multiple restaurants, Saga castle, balloon museum, library etc Hotel is the wrong word for this place,it is a stand alone home, perfect for a couple but extra space and futons for kids or another couple in comfort. "I'm not sure why this place has so few reviews. This place is great. There's a laundromat on the other side of the block, and if you're okay with hang drying the washer in the unit works great. Very quiet neighborhood and the unit was really comfortable. Wifi was so-so, usable, but won't blow you away. "Beds and sofa was comfortable for 4 adults. Clean. Check in and check out was easy. Easy to find with google maps. Two minutes walking from train station. Food available nearby. Would recommend to others and stay here again. "

"The blanket is smelly and the beds are very small. The room is not possible to accommodate 8 adults and 4 kids as indicated ( only 2 queen sized beds and 4 small sized single beds).
