「We loved Four Fillies! The property was kept up very well and was so beautiful. I loved the sound of the creek. We travelled back and forth from Blacksburg which was a bit of a trek (45 minutes) but was a fairly easy drive. it was so worth it!」

「I was not made aware that the creek was closed due to drought. I was not made aware that there was a fee to fish in that creek even before it was declared closed due to drought. The trout farm was also closed which i was not made aware of. I would not have added a day to my reservation had I known this. The cabin could use a bigger fridge and softer mattresses but otherwise good. Someone should have made us aware of the stream closure before i added a night but they didnt.」

「Loved this resort !! It was so cute and clean 」

「This cabin was very clean. Would stay again.」

「This is a beautiful little getaway, and the cabin was clean, and I must say I was truly impressed. Just awesome, and I would highly recommend this little West Virginia getaway.」

Only thing worth noting is the 15min drive up the mountain on gravel through very rural area! Made us wonder if we were in the right place haha - but that rural setting is what makes it so lovely and peaceful. We definitely want to come back!」

「Wonderfully scenic property along a creek. The extensive outdoor spaces were great and we enjoyed the comfortable seating by the fire pit. Communication with the host was timely. I would book again. A few notes for future travelers - the upstairs bedrooms are not furnished as shown in the photos - more like dorm bed frames now - not sure if this is temporary? If you want to drink wine/have glassware bring your own (thanks to another review we did). If the wifi is out - let them know ASAP. We...
