“Our host was very prompt & clear in her communication. She answered a few questions quickly, and I got the check-in information on time as well. The property is very cozy & comfortable. The bed was comfy, as was the couch. The big screen television had free Netflix & Hulu to choose from. The internet instructions were clear and easy to use. Although we did not use the hot tub (was a bit too cold outside for us that evening), there were clear instructions & towels available for us to use. I would……

Everything else was great…huge yard with dog disposal, inside had pretty much everything you need and other reviewers all commented on it. Super close to the Triple Crown hikes. If I had to nitpick? More blinds or curtains for increased privacy. Otherwise, really great property and host!”
